Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours from our store in Tamil Nadu. Delivery takes 2–5 working days across India. Shipping is free on every order. Store pickup is free and ready within 2 hours.
Returns & refunds
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method via Razorpay. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if a product doesn't suit you, message us — we'll make it right.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and personalise your ritual. Selfies uploaded to the Skin Ritual are analysed and deleted immediately unless you choose to save them for progress tracking. We never sell your data.
Terms
Products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always patch test. Prices include GST. Tejam Essentia reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock errors, with a full refund.
